Guajiron is looking for a singer to join us!
We sing in Spanish (Only) in the Cuban styles of Son, Charanga, Guaracha, Songo, and Musica Campesina: all ranges from beautiful heartfelt boleros to dance floor heavy hitters.
We are a 9-piece indie orchestra bringing energetic, joyful Cuban music to life in San Francisco, inspired by legends like Los Van Van, Trio Matamoros, Buena Vista Social Club, and Arsenio Rodríguez.
Regular weekly gigs and weekly rehearsals, all in the Mission, San Francisco, plus high visibility festivals, private parties, and cultural events around San Francisco.
Coaching provided by Grammy nominated Cuban singers.
